Senior AI Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Tech Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Define technical standards and best practices for AI development, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
• Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of AI models and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

2. AI Solution Development:

• Oversee the development of machine learning and deep learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques to solve complex business problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment in production environments.

3. Innovation and Research:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Conduct research to explore new methodologies and approaches to improve existing models and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners on research projects and contribute to publications and conferences.

4. Project Management:

• Lead AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.

5. Data Strategy and Management:

• Define and implement data strategies to support AI initiatives, including data collection, storage, and governance.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure.

6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance and impact of AI models and systems.
• Monitor deployed models to identify and address issues such as model drift, bias, and performance degradation.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance model accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful AI projects in production environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
