Senior AI Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, coupled with strong product management skills and a strategic mindset. This role requires the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions that drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our AI solutions in alignment with company objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term goals and milestones.

2. Cross-functional Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI product-related matters, ensuring alignment and clarity across the organization.

3. Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI products by managing project timelines, resources, and risks.

4. Customer Focus and User Experience:

• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of decision-making.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide product design and development.

5. Performance Measurement and Optimization:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and impact.
• Analyze product performance data and use insights to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to validate hypotheses and optimize features.

6. Market and Competitive Analysis:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Develop and communicate product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to support marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with data science processes and methodologies, including data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation.
