AI Data Scientist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities

1. AI Model Development and Deployment:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address various business challenges.
• Utilize deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI techniques to create innovative solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

2. Data Analysis and Processing:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, patterns, and trends.
• Implement data augmentation and feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance.

3. Research and Innovation:

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Conduct research to identify new methodologies and approaches to improve existing models and develop new ones.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners on research projects and publications.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, product managers, and domain experts, to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and team members.

5. Software Development and Automation:

• Develop and maintain AI pipelines and automated workflows to streamline model training, testing, and deployment processes.
• Implement version control and code management practices to ensure reproducibility and collaboration.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.

6. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models in real-world settings.
• Identify and address issues, such as model drift and bias, to maintain model accuracy and fairness.
• Continuously improve models based on feedback, new data, and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI and machine learning model development.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
